Service Notice: AnonyNote is an anonymous content sharing platform. All posts are public, and while anonymity is ensured, legal responsibility lies with the users.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to define the terms and procedures for using the anonymous content sharing service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by AnonyNote (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), rights, obligations, responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- "Service" means the anonymous content creation and sharing platform provided by the Company.
- "User" means members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company according to these terms.
- "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Company's services.
- "Content" means all information posted by members on the service, including text, photos, videos, comments, etc.
- "Graffiti Board" means the location-based anonymous message writing service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms become effective by being posted on the service screen or notified to users by other means.
- The Company may change these terms when deemed necessary, and the changed terms become effective by being announced or notified in the same manner as in paragraph 1.
- If users do not agree to the changed terms, they may cancel their membership registration, and continued use of the service is considered agreement to the term changes.
Article 4 (Service Provision)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Anonymous content creation and sharing service
- Location-based graffiti board service
- Content search and viewing service
- Other services determined by the Company
- Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended for reasons such as server maintenance.
- The Company may modify or change services to improve service content, quality, and functions.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership registration by filling out member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these terms.
- The Company registers as members those who apply for membership as in paragraph 1, except in the following cases:
- When the applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these terms
- When there are false statements, omissions, or errors in the registration content
- When the Company determines that registering as a member would significantly interfere with the Company's technology
- The membership registration contract is established when the Company's acceptance reaches the user.
Article 6 (Public Nature of Content)
Important: Please be sure to understand the core characteristics of this service.
- All content is public: All content created by users is public to other users by default.
- Email address disclosure: Email addresses used as login IDs may be displayed to other users within the service.
- Location information: Location information may be included and displayed to other users when using content and graffiti boards.
- Limitations of anonymity: While the service provides anonymity, user information may be disclosed when necessary for legal requirements or to prevent service abuse.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Misappropriating others' information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information prohibited by the Company (computer programs, etc.)
- Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
- Actions that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, and other information contrary to public order and morals on the Company
- Actions that violate others' privacy such as personal information leakage, stalking, and harassment
- Actions intended for political propaganda, election campaigns, and religious activities
- Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, provisions of these terms, usage guidelines, precautions announced on the service, and matters notified by the Company.
- Users cannot engage in business activities using the service without the Company's prior consent, and the Company is not responsible for the results of such business activities.
Article 8 (Content Management)
- All rights and responsibilities for content created by users belong to the user who posted it.
- The Company may delete or restrict the use of content that falls under the following categories without prior notice:
- Content that defames other users or third parties or damages reputation through slander
- Low-quality, obscene content that violates public order and morals
- Content considered to be connected to criminal acts
- Content that infringes on third-party copyrights and other rights
- Other content deemed to violate relevant laws and regulations
- The Company may notify the relevant user and delete content when it determines that the content falls under the above categories.
Article 9 (Attribution of Copyrights)
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
- Users must not use information obtained through the Company for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the Company's prior consent by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods.
- Copyrights for content posted by users within the service belong to the respective users. However, the Company may use such content within the scope necessary for service operation.
Article 10 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)
- The Company may restrict or suspend service use in the following cases:
- When a user intentionally interferes with the Company's service operation
- When a user engages in prohibited acts under Article 7
- When it interferes with normal service operation
- When the Company restricts or suspends service use according to the previous paragraph, it shall notify the user of this fact.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempted from responsibility for service provision when it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent circumstances.
- The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions caused by users' fault.
- The Company is not responsible for profits that users expect from using the service or damages caused by materials obtained through the service.
- The Company is exempted from responsibility when users conduct transactions with each other or with third parties through the service.
- The Company is not responsible for the use of free services unless specifically provided by relevant laws.
Article 12 (Information Security)
- The Company strives to protect users' personal information as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
- User passwords are encrypted and stored securely, and even Company employees cannot view them.
- The Company's personal information handling policy applies to the protection and use of personal information.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall apply Korean law and proceed in courts with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters location.
Article 14 (Miscellaneous)
- Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations or commercial practices.
- If any part of these terms is deemed invalid by law, the remaining parts shall remain valid.
